Hello! I'm Alisha.
Since I graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2005, my focus has always been to change the perception that massage is a luxury that you "treat yourself" to. I wholeheartedly believe that massage therapy should be a part of your wellness routine. There are SO many wonderful benefits to be gained...You CAN reduce your stress! Reduce your pain! Improve your immune function!!! (just for starters) You CAN feel better!
Whether it be injury specific or stress relief, it is so vital to allow yourself that time for self care.
